Payment Method

Seladdouli accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.

Payment is collected when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown before checkout.

The total amount you pay includes the product price and any applicable charges shown during checkout.

We currently offer free delivery on all orders within Morocco, so no shipping fee is added.

If we discover an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order before delivery. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or product unavailability.

Cash on Delivery

With Cash on Delivery:

• Payment is due when your order is delivered.

• Please have the correct payment amount available whenever possible.

• Orders cannot be released until payment has been completed.
