Cash on Delivery (COD)

When you choose Cash on Delivery:

• No payment is required when placing your order.

• Payment is made when your order is delivered to your shipping address.

• Please have the correct payment amount available at the time of delivery whenever possible.

• Orders will only be handed over after payment has been completed.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Your order will then be prepared according to our processing schedule.

• Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (Rabat Time)

• Handling time: 1 to 2 business days

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Refunds

Since payments are made using Cash on Delivery, refunds are not returned to a payment card.

After receiving and checking your returned item, we process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.
