We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Payment must be made at the time your order is delivered.

7. Shipping

We currently ship only within Morocco.

• Free delivery on all orders.

• Handling time: 1 to 2 business days.

• Shipping time: 2 to 4 business days.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day free return policy on all orders for any reason.

Customers may choose:

• A refund, or

• A replacement.

Return shipping labels are included in the package, and returns are sent by post.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges are also accepted.
